Returns & Refunds Policy

Refunds are made on returns within 30 calendar days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition.
There’s a 10% handling fee for returns within South Africa. A 25% handling fee applies for regions outside of South Africa.

After the item is received, we’ll inspect it and process the refund.
The refund will be made to the original payment method used. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 working days to reflect.

Returning damaged products or products purchased after 30 days, will not be accepted for a refund.
